BREAKFAST EVENT – CAPE TOWN – BACK TO THE FUTURE – 12 JUNE 2024

Leaders are bombarded with increased complexity within various elements of the Value Chain, and find it hard to distinguish between value adding and non-value adding activities.

For example, the introduction of Technology (e.g. Digitilisation, Digital Twinning, Artificial Intelligence etc.) has made significant amounts of information available at all levels of an organization, but if the working environment is still immature or not best practice orientated, it can often create more “noise” or even reduced performance.

At the same time skills retention in these changing landscapes is becoming more and more difficult.

We have some expert speakers from industry who have all worked in senior roles in South African and International environments, who will be joining a panel discussion to address some of the above challenges.

We will also cover the “Accelerate” approach to performance improvement, which is a rapid results approach which has been tested and proven over many years in large complex organisations.
