BREAKFAST EVENT – JOHANNESBURG – BACK TO THE FUTURE – 27 MAY 2025
Many companies, especially in manufacturing, are facing growing challenges in maintaining performance because “normal is not normal anymore”. Leaders are overwhelmed by increasing complexity in the Value Chain and are struggling to differentiate between value-adding and non-value-adding activities.
The influx of Al and digitisation has flooded organisations with information but, without mature, best-practice conditions, this can create confusion or even reduce performance. Skills retention is also becoming difficult, with basics like root cause analysis often being neglected, as people rely too heavily on technology.
We have some expert speakers from industry who have all worked in senior roles in South African and International environments, who will be joining a panel discussion to address some of the above challenges.
We will also cover our rapid results approach which has been successfully deployed over many years in various organisations.
